Since its inception in 1995, the Internet Service Providers Association has played a pivotal role in the regulation, innovation, growth and safety of the internet.

ISPA UK serves as a model for other ISPAs all over the world, and the logo is viewed by consumers as a mark of commitment to good business practice. By becoming a certified member of ISPA UK, eSIM Go pledges allegiance to the ISPA Code, which in turn gives our partners an additional layer of support.

Through our ISPA membership, partners of our Powered by Breeze solution can provide their end users with a clear route by which to raise any concerns, along with access to an ombudsman service in the case of more serious complaints.

About the ISPA UK Code of Practice

Compliance with the Code of Practice is mandatory for all ISPA UK members. It is regularly updated and covers a range of issues including data protection, consumer complaints and quality assurance. In accordance with the code, all members must have one clear point of contact for complaints, and a named contact for the Internet Watch Foundation, the UK’s hotline for reporting illegal online content.

Raising industry standards

ISPA UK is an essential driving force for the industry and the wider community of internet users, producing several Best Common Practice documents to help raise standards across the industry. Consumers can also access Information on a variety of subjects, including how to choose an internet service provider, data collection and other key issues affecting internet users.

By bringing together trusted providers in the UK internet industry and creating a platform for collaboration and communication, ISPA UK benefits both the economy and society as a whole. We are proud to display the ISPA UK logo as a symbol of our dedication to good business practice, innovation and making the internet a better place.
