What "monthly commitment" actually means, what happens if you miss it, and how rates are agreed.
It's how much you commit to topping up your account balance each month. You spend that balance on bundles for your customers — there's no separate subscription fee. After the first 3-month ramp, the commitment is measured quarterly, so a low month can be offset by a strong one.
Because the commitment is measured quarterly, short-term dips are fine. If a tier consistently doesn't fit, we move you down to a tier that does — we'd rather have you on the right plan than penalise you for being on the wrong one.
No. eSIM downloads are $0, active profiles are $0, inbound SMS is free, and setup is $0 across every tier. The only per-unit charge is for optional add-ons (custom brand profiles and Android direct install at $2,000/month each).
