Who it's for

Built for brands that already own the customer.

If your customers already trust you with their money, their loyalty or their connection abroad, mobile is a natural extension of the relationship you've already built.

Fintech
A new line on the account
Bundle a mobile plan with the card. Take direct debits and bill payments through rails you already run. Mobile turns the current account into the daily-use one.
Embedded billingAccount perkRetention
Loyalty
A reward members actually want
Let members redeem points for monthly plans or top-ups, or include mobile in a premium tier. A perk that's used every day, not once a year.

Global operators
UK entry without the build
Foreign operators and CSPs wanting a UK presence get a fast route to market. With tier-1 connectivity, simple APIs and the operational tooling, the build effort is on the proposition, not the underlying telco stack.

FAQ

The honest questions.

Building a connectivity product touches commercial, regulatory and engineering teams. Here are the ones we hear first.

Faster than building an MVNO from scratch. The connectivity, the integration platform and the operational tooling are already in place, so the work on your side is the customer-facing proposition and the regulatory steps — typically a few months end to end, depending on scope.
You are. UK MVNO partners hold their own regulatory position — Ofcom General Conditions, customer obligations, complaints and so on sit with you as the operator of the consumer proposition. eSIM Go provides the underlying connectivity (via Vodafone) and the platform you run the proposition on; we don't substitute for your regulatory responsibility.
You do — these obligations sit with you as the operator of the consumer brand. The platform exposes the customer lifecycle events and controls you need to plug your own KYC, AML and fraud workflows in, but the decisioning and the regulatory responsibility are yours.
Yes — number porting in and out is a standard part of the platform. Customers can bring their number across from any UK network during onboarding, and port out if they ever leave. The porting workflow is exposed through the APIs and the management portal.
You buy wholesale minutes, texts and data on a commercial model that flexes with your business — from low-volume launches through to scaled propositions. You set your own retail plans and pricing. Margins, usage and statements are all visible in the management portal.
